Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our Southern California warehouse located at 785 E Harrison St. Corona, CA. 92879.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Orders received by 12 noon on any given business day are usually shipped on the same day, otherwise the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time varies depending on your location. You can check the exact transit time by entering your city and zip code into the ship to fields on UPS Transit Time website and enter our City: CORONA & Zip code: 92879.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground Shipping is FREE via UPS/FedEx Ground to lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers such as UPS, FedEx & USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we only ship within the US and Canada.

 

 

Returns

How do I return my order?

The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment. We do not offer free returns, however as an option, we can assist with providing a return shipping label at a discounted rate. Otherwise, the item can be returned with the shipping carrier of your choice.

Can I return my order even though it’s been used or laundered?

Unfortunately not, the returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment. If product was defective it will be covered by our 90 Days warranty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once returns are marked delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 3-5 business days for refund processing. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Can I exchange my order for a different item?

Orders can be exchanged for items that are equal to or lesser than the price paid on the original order. If the exchanged item is at a higher price point, we suggest to return for a refund and then place a new order for the item you need.


Product

My sheets are defective. Can I request a replacement?

Yes, we include a 90-Day Warranty against any manufacturing defects for all of our products. For replacements please email us at cs@SoftLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. 

How do I wash my sheets?

For the best results, we suggest to launder with cold water and a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat.

Can I order just the fitted or flat sheet?

We do offer separate fitted sheets, which you can view here. However, we do not offer separate flat sheets at this time as they are prepackaged within our sheet sets.

Are the fitted sheets fully elasticized?

Yes, they are fully elasticized and we also include extra sewn-in elastic corner bands for additional reinforcement.
